This red bamboo is a must-have for any bamboo collector. It's a running bamboo that shoots in autumn. It likes an annual average temperature of 8-12 centigrade. In winter, it likes a temperature range of minus 5 to 10 centigrade. In hot summer, better keep it in full shade.
It's an amazing ornamental bamboo for low hedge, or bonsai.
