Only one Phytosanitary Certificate is needed per shipment, regardless of how many different bamboo species you order in the same shipment. Therefore, you only need to pay the certificate fee once for each shipment. -

We regularly test our bamboo seeds for germination and viability to check that they are in good condition when shipped. A germination and testing guide is provided with seed orders.
If your seeds fail to germinate after you follow the supplied germination and testing instructions, please email ynbambus@gmail.com with your order number, the seed species involved, clear photos or videos of the germination test, and a description of how you followed the instructions. After we review and verify the test, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Do not send seeds back to China. For a verified germination issue, we provide a replacement or refund without a physical return. This promise does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Non-defective returns and exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products or changes of mind. Seeds are subject to cross-border import restrictions and cannot be returned to China. For a verified seed germination issue, we offer a replacement or refund without requiring the seeds to be returned. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Our standard shipping method is EMS (Express Mail Service), which offers an economical balance between cost and international express delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.
