Privacy Notice: Google Customer Reviews

This notice explains how Yunnan Bamboo uses Google Customer Reviews on its order confirmation page. It applies to this review service.

Information shared with Google

To display Google's survey invitation and schedule the review questionnaire, we provide Google with your order identifier, order confirmation email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date. We do not provide payment card details through this review integration.

Your choice

The Google Customer Reviews invitation lets you choose whether to receive a review questionnaire. Google may email the questionnaire after the estimated delivery date if you opt in. Participation is optional and does not affect your purchase.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google and other third parties involved in the review service may place or read cookies or use similar technologies to provide the invitation and collect review information. Our integration also uses session storage to avoid repeatedly showing the invitation for the same order in one browser session. This storage contains an order identifier and a display flag, not your email address.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. These choices may affect how the review invitation works. You can decline the survey invitation.

Google's use of information

Google handles information it receives under Google's Privacy Policy. You can read it at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
