These terms describe purchases made through the Yunnan Bamboo website. Please review the product details, shipping information, and applicable refund information before placing an order.

Prices and payment

Prices on our store are shown in US dollars (USD). Review the products, quantities, shipping charges, and total displayed at checkout before paying. Use one of the payment options available at checkout.

Shipping and dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated transit times are additional to order preparation and dispatch time.

We ship to destinations supported by the website shipping settings. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the applicable destination and shipping rate. Contact us if your destination is not available.

International orders

Before ordering seeds or live plants, check the import and customs requirements for your destination. Contact us before ordering if you need information about import documentation or whether a particular product can be sent to your country.

Bamboo seed refund promise

We regularly test our bamboo seeds for germination and viability to check that they are in good condition when shipped. A germination and testing guide is provided with seed orders.

If your seeds fail to germinate after you follow the supplied germination and testing instructions, email ynbambus@gmail.com with your order number, the seed species involved, clear photos or videos of the germination test, and a description of how you followed the instructions. After we review and verify the test, we will offer a replacement or refund.

This seed promise applies to our bamboo seeds, including trial packs, across the destinations we serve. Do not send seeds back to China. For a verified germination issue, we provide a replacement or refund without a physical return.

Non-defective returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products or changes of mind. Seeds are subject to cross-border import restrictions and cannot be returned to China. For a verified seed germination issue, we offer a replacement or refund without requiring the seeds to be returned. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
